Do we have to commit to all three stages?+
No. The 90 Day Growth Sprint stands completely on its own. At the end of it you'll have a comprehensive action plan and can choose to execute it yourself. There is no obligation to continue into Foundation or Sustain though most providers choose to.
Are there lock-in contracts?+
No. Every Avela service runs in 90-day cycles. At the end of each cycle you review progress and choose whether to continue. No annual contracts. No lock-in. Just work that earns your continued engagement.
We're a new provider. Where do we start?+
Start with the connection chat. Most new providers begin with either the Growth Sprint to understand exactly what needs to be built or go straight into Foundation if the gaps are already clear. We'll recommend the right starting point based on where you are.
We're already established. Is Avela still relevant?+
Yes. Many of Avela's clients are established providers who have grown quickly and whose foundations haven't kept up. The Growth Sprint surfaces the gaps providers often don't know they have before an auditor finds them first.
How is Avela different from a compliance consultant?+
Consultants assess and report. Avela Experts build and stay. We don't hand over a document and leave we work inside your organisation to build capability your team understands, owns, and can maintain long after each engagement ends.
Do you work with providers outside Sydney?+
Yes. Avela works with providers across Australia. Engagements are delivered remotely or on-site depending on the service and your situation. We'll work out what makes sense during the connection chat.
