Find Out Where You Actually Stand.
Most providers are not short on effort. They are short on visibility. You know something needs attention - you just do not know exactly what, or where to start. The 90 Day Growth Sprint gives you that clarity.
Book a Connection ChatTwo starting points. One outcome.
You are building something you believe in, but you are operating without the certainty that comes from experience. You do not know what you do not know - and in a sector this regulated, that uncertainty is the risk. The Sprint gives you clarity before you build further on foundations you have not yet tested.
You sense it before you can name it. Something feels slightly off - a policy nobody follows the same way twice, a training gap nobody has flagged, a process that has not been revisited since. You do not need someone to tell you compliance matters. You need someone to tell you precisely where your organisation stands right now.
Three steps. Ninety days.
Step 1 - Your Self-Audit
Your team completes a structured internal self-audit - a guided process that surfaces what is working and what needs attention. Built to draw out the specific realities of how your organisation actually operates day to day.
Step 2 - The Avela Audit
An Avela Expert conducts an independent audit of your organisation, assessing it against NDIS Practice Standards and relevant operational benchmarks - the same lens an external auditor would use.
Step 3 - The Action Plan
Together, we build a comprehensive, prioritised action plan aligned to the goals you told us matter most. The plan tells you what to fix first, what can wait, and why.
Clarity. Not guesswork. Every time.
- ✓A clear picture of where your organisation stands - no more guessing
- ✓Gaps identified before they become audit findings or incidents
- ✓A prioritised action plan built around your specific situation
- ✓The choice to exit with full clarity, or continue into Foundation with Avela alongside you
The Sprint ends with a decision, not a sales pitch.
Take your action plan and execute it yourself - you own it outright.
Or continue into Foundation, where Avela Experts work alongside you to build what the plan identifies.
No obligation either way. The Sprint is designed to give you clarity regardless of what you do next.

Do I have to continue into Foundation after the Sprint?+
No. At day 90, you receive your action plan and the choice is entirely yours. Many providers take the plan and implement it with their own team. Others choose to continue into Foundation, where Avela Experts build the plan alongside them. There is no obligation either way.
What if we are already registered - is the Sprint still relevant?+
Yes. The Sprint is not only for providers preparing for registration. Established, registered providers use it to identify gaps that have developed over time - policies that have not kept pace with growth, training inconsistencies, or governance structures that no longer reflect how the organisation actually operates.
How is the Avela audit different from our internal self-audit?+
Your self-audit surfaces what your team already senses but may not have articulated. The Avela audit assesses your organisation independently against NDIS Practice Standards and operational benchmarks - the same lens an external auditor would use. Together, the two create a complete and honest picture.
What does the action plan actually look like?+
It is a prioritised, organisation-specific document - not a generic compliance checklist. It identifies what needs to happen, in what order, and why, based on the goals you identified as most important during the Sprint.
Stop guessing about what needs to change.
Every Avela engagement that leads to real, lasting capability starts with one thing: an accurate picture of where you actually stand.
