Stay Strong. Stay Current. Stay Confident.
Building strong foundations is one thing. Keeping them strong as your organisation grows - and as the NDIS keeps changing - is another. Sustain keeps Avela in your corner long after the initial building is done.
Book a Connection ChatNobody decides to let their compliance slip.
It happens gradually - a policy that does not get updated when practice standards shift, a new staff member who never receives the training their predecessor did, a governance framework built for an organisation half the size it is now.
None of this looks like a crisis while it is happening. It looks like business as usual. The gap only becomes visible when an audit, an incident, or a participant complaint forces it into the open - by which point the organisation is rebuilding under pressure, not maintaining with confidence.
Sustain exists to catch that drift before it becomes a crisis.
Providers at different points. The same underlying need.
- →Providers who completed Foundation and want ongoing expert support to maintain and build on what was established
- →Established providers who are already compliant but want expert eyes on their organisation as they grow
- →Leaders who want a trusted industry expert in their corner - not just when something has already gone wrong
Four components. One continuous relationship.
Scheduled One-to-One Coaching
Regular, structured coaching sessions with your Avela Expert - focused on your organisation's ongoing needs, not a generic curriculum. These sessions keep capability development active rather than something that only happens during a crisis.
Industry Change Interpretation
When the NDIS shifts - a new practice standard, a regulatory change, a pricing update - your Avela Expert explains exactly what it means for your organisation specifically. Not a generic newsletter. A direct answer to "what does this mean for us."
Ongoing Compliance Maintenance
Your frameworks and policies stay current as standards evolve and your organisation grows - addressed continuously, not left to accumulate until the next audit forces the issue.
Accountability and Progress Tracking
Each 90-day cycle is tracked against clear progress markers, so you always know where your organisation stands - not just at the start of an engagement, but continuously.
Sustain runs on your terms.
Sustain operates in 90-day cycles, indefinitely. There is no annual contract and no lock-in. Re-engage, pause, or step back at any point - your organisation's needs change, and Avela's support adapts with them.
This is not a maintenance contract you forget about until renewal. It is an ongoing relationship with an expert who already understands your organisation - its history, its risks, and its goals.
Compliance is not a project. It's a practice.
Questions providers ask about Sustain.
Do I need to complete Foundation before starting Sustain?+
No. While many providers move into Sustain after completing Foundation, established providers who are already compliant can start Sustain directly - particularly if they want ongoing expert oversight as they grow, rather than a one-off capability build.
How is Sustain different from Foundation?+
Foundation is focused on building what is missing - systems, frameworks, and capability your organisation does not yet have. Sustain is focused on maintaining and evolving what already exists, keeping it current as your organisation grows and as the sector changes.
What happens if a major regulatory change occurs during our engagement?+
Your Avela Expert interprets the change specifically for your organisation - what it means, what needs to be updated, and how urgently. This is one of the core reasons providers stay in Sustain long-term: regulatory change does not need to be navigated alone or after the fact.
Can we pause Sustain if our circumstances change?+
Yes. Sustain has no lock-in contract. You can pause, step back, or re-engage at any point as your organisation's needs change.
Don't let what you built quietly slip.
Strong foundations do not maintain themselves. Sustain keeps an expert eye on your organisation so the gaps get caught early - not during an audit, an incident, or a complaint.
